50 things that make me happy

Happiness is important.

Sometimes life can run away with you. Seconds run into minutes. Minutes run into hours. Hours run into days.

Time has gone by and you haven’t been able to sit back and appreciate the wonder of the world around you.

My history of long-term depression means it is important that I take time to acknowledge the little things in life that make me happy. The moments that put a smile on my face. That is why this blog was born. As a permanent reminder, of the joy in life.

I was delighted when the wonderful Kat at Beau Twins tagged me in her fabulous post 50 things that make me happy. It seemed perfect for this little blog.

  3. What a *divine* list. No. 39 made me laugh loudly. “Up” is our command. Recently, she also said “yes” for the very first time. “No chocolate eggs, darling, no.” Baby points at the colourful foil wrapping. “That”. “No,” I tell her. She looks at me with defiance: “Yes.” (I don’t know where she gets it from 😉 Keep on with your list, every day. It just keeps on growing.
