Those of us that regularly spend time with our friends and family are often happier. Seeing your friends means you’ve got people to talk to and vent at. Sometimes, you’ll want to chat, and other times you’ll want to take your mind off your problems and do something fun. Just make sure you’ve got people to help you when you need them.
