Little Miss H loves everything bling. She also adores cute animals. Therefore Twisty Petz are the perfect toy for her. Have you heard of them?
Twisty Petz CollectAbles for Spin Master – A Review
What are Twisty Petz?
Twisty Petz are Little Miss H’s current favourite toy. These innovative cute animals are sparkly beads on an elasticated string that can be transformed from sweet friendly pets into bling-tastic jewellery and back again. One minute they are a friendly pet the next they are a bracelet, necklace or accessory to add to a backpack. They really are so clever.
Twisty Petz can be turned into a bracelet or a necklace with a simple pull on the head and tail. The two ends can then be put together and voilá, you have an instant fashion accessory. To transform them back into a cute animal pull the two ends apart, separate the legs from the body and twist the elastic by the legs. It really is quite simple. They come with a collector’s guide which contains full instructions on how to turn your pet into a bracelet and back again.
Little Miss H is a few months shy of being 6 years old. I had to show her how to twist the Twisty Petz a few times but she can now do it on her own. And she happily plays with the animals by herself and she loves to link many of them together to make a necklace.
Series 2
Twisty Petz come in a single pack or a three pack. You can also get a twin pack of Twisty Petz Babies. There are over 60 to collect from silver poodles to rainbow flying ponies. Each Twisty Petz is completely individual and is cute from head to tail. There are several different finishes to collect from Enchanted Gems, Fuzzy and Rose Gold. And look out for those limited editions. Little Miss H was so excited to get the limited edition Sugarstar Flying Pony from the Sugar Glitter collection. And I must say, it is gorgeous. All glittery and sparkly!
We received two single packs of Twisty Petz. These have an RRP of £4.99 and are suitable for children 4 years and older. Little Miss H was very happy to get the cute and gem-tastic Funtasy Unicorn and the adorable Puppermint Puppy from the Swirl collection.
Twisty Petz Three Pack
The Three Pack has an RRP of £12.99. This three pack features an extra surprise because one of the Twisty Petz is covered up and can only be revealed when the packet is opened. Little Miss H loved this, as she adored the surprise element. She was hoping for another limited edition but sadly it was not meant to be. I thought the surprise factor brought another dimension to opening up the toy. And what kid doesn’t love unboxing a toy especially if there is a surprise inside.
Twisty Petz Babies
The Twin Babies 4 pack which has an RRP of £9.99 were Little Miss H’s favourite. She adores them. And is always saying how cute they are.
The pack contains two sets of twin babies, a sweet little charm and a dazzling case to keep your Twisty Petz Babies in. Little Miss H received the unicorn twins Hunny Unicorn and Sunny Unicorn and the koala twins, Zig and Zag and she adores them. Clipping two Babies together and adding the charm creates a stunning bracelet. Little Miss H loves linking all her twin babies together and adding her charm (the blue baby bottle) together and wearing them as a necklace.
Little Miss H also loves playing with the twin babies and creates little scenarios with them. She likes to use the blue baby bottle charm to feed them and then puts them to sleep in their case. And she is totally besotted with them.
Little Miss H really does love her Twisty Petz. And I think that they are such a clever and innovative brand. How often do you find a toy that is a cute and friendly pet and a bracelet, necklace or charm to add to a bookbag or rucksack? They really are a fabulous toy.
