As a family we love going for days out. It is a chance for us to get out in the sunshine, absorb some Vitamin D and enjoy the sites of Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding area.
It also allows us to spend quality time together. To laugh, to talk and to be a family.
Mr H took some time off over Christmas. When the weather was nice, we packed up the car and went to parks, farms and on a hunt for Stick Man.
I always mean to share these days out on the blog. But I am never that organised.
Instead, I thought I would link up once again with My Captured Moment, a beautiful linky run by my gorgeous friend Heledd who blogs at Running in Lavender. The idea is simply to share photographs that have captured a special moment in life.
These days in the beautiful winter sunshine are very special. And these photographs capture happy moments with my two favourite people.

Did you go for any lovely days out over the Christmas break?

January 22, 2016 at 12:26 pmHi Mrs. H, it is nice to get all bundled up and brave the cold (she says plonked in front of the fire refusing to move, ‘cos it’s cold outside!). A good splash in a muddy puddle makes the effort worth while though, my two won’t let me jump in muddy puddles anymore as it’s just not cool!
Lovely pictures, especially the one of your daughter jumping in the mud. That is how childhood memories are made… We went on a couple of lovely walks over Christmas, but at least the sun was out.
xx

January 21, 2016 at 9:00 pmI love Bedgebury Pinetum! We went on the Gruffalo trail there. We’ll have to make it back for Stick Man, as it was such an enjoyable experience last time (despite the pouring rain!)
