31 Day Self-Care Challenge
That is why I have created a 31 Day Self-Care Challenge. You can start it at any time. And for 31 days, I have set myself (and anyone else who wants to join in) a daily self-care task. This is a way to put yourself first and treat yourself. It will hopefully soothe a weary soul and bring you peace.
The tasks include taking a 30-minute walk outside, painting your nails, practising some yoga and going to bed early. They are easy to do but will make a big difference to your mental, physical and emotional health.
How do I get involved?
I hear you ask. Well, the answer is easy. Just sign up below and you will be sent a FREE list of daily self-care tasks. You can save this list or print it off and put it somewhere you can see it daily.
