Christmas is over and I’m now thinking of the New Year and January. January can be such a miserable month. It is grey and cold. The glitz and excitement of Christmas have faded. So it’s so important in January to put yourself first and indulge in some self-care.

January Self-Care Challenge

That is why I have created a January Self-Care Challenge. Throughout the month I have set myself (and anyone else who wants to join in) a daily self-care task. A way to put yourself first and treat yourself. It will hopefully soothe a weary soul and set you on the right track for the New Year.

The tasks include taking a 30-minute walk outside, painting your nails, practising some yoga and going to bed early. They are easy to do but will make a big difference to your mental, physical and emotional health.

How do I get involved?

I hear you ask. Well, the answer is easy. Just sign up below and you will be sent a FREE list of daily self-care tasks for January. You can save this list or print it off and put it somewhere you can see it daily. By signing up, you also gain access to my wonderful and supportive Facebook group. This group will help encourage you to do the tasks each day and is also (in my opinion) the nicest group on Facebook.
